It is easy to get an appointment by telephone (which is good being able to speak to someone) but it is not easy to get an appointment in less than 2/3 weeks. I saw Matt at the surgery and he was very helpful and friendly - why isn't his name on the list of people to give a review for?

It would be useful to have a clock in the surgery

I received an antibiotic for a severe chest infection last Friday, a seven-day course completed last night. It has cleared away much of the chest fluid, but some is still slightly coming up. I feel very tired after the course, but glad I persuaded myself to finish it! I need now to know if I can take Paracetamol again, to settle down the remaining pain and relax me. Please also confirm that my exemption certificate (from paying) is still valid.

I would have liked - a separate issue - suggested treatment for what I was told was a fungal infection on my two big toes. It was not given. This needs to be dealt-with, urgently.

The nurse was polite and helpful, the appointment was easy to get as the doctor asked for.
